Seafood Services Australia Limited

The FRDC, in partnership with the Australian Seafood Industry Council, supports an Australia-wide service for people who catch, farm, process, transport, wholesale, retail, export, import or cook seafood.

Seafood Services Australia Ltd (SSA) provides:

• assistance with adding value to businesses through developing new products and processes,
• guidance on food safety,
• guidance on management systems and standards for both quality and the environment, and
• information and advice on other post-harvest technical issues.

Additionally, SSA supplies tailored information packages, research reports and publications, and has Australia's largest library on seafood technology.
