Variations to Projects

If the need for any variation can be foreseen this should be highlighted and justified (including budget implications) in the progress reports. A variation will require FRDC approval and in some cases formal variation to the project agreement. You must outline why this variation is necessary. If you intend revising future milestones or rescheduling dates, list the intended date and title together with any previous versions of that milestone.
