Method Bake the silver dory fillets in a moderate oven with crushed garlic, olive oil and pepper for about 10 minutes or until cooked as desired. Sauté the cabbage in a little olive oil with the diced pancetta, garlic, nutmeg and currants. Add a touch of white wine and season with salt and pepper. The cabbage is ready when it starts to soften. |
